TokCarousel provides web-based AI-powered content structuring and client-side 9:16 vertical slide deck generation tailored for mobile social media (TikTok, Instagram Reels/Stories, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn Carousels).
Our rendering engine leverages in-browser Canvas technology to export high-resolution 1080x1920 images directly on your device. We do not store or host your exported image files on our centralized servers.
03. Subscriptions, Pricing & Billing
TokCarousel offers both free access (with subtle attribution watermark) and premium paid tiers:
- Pro Monthly Plan: $9.90 USD / month, billed recurring monthly until cancelled.
- Pro Annual Plan: $69.00 USD / year (equivalent to ~$5.75/month), billed annually.
All payments are securely processed by authorized third-party merchant partners (Stripe and Waffo) with industry-standard PCI-DSS Level 1 encryption. Upon cancellation, your access remains active until the end of your prepaid billing period.

05. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
TokCarousel is committed to maintaining a safe, lawful, and ethical creator community. You agree not to use the Service to generate, export, publish, or transmit any content that violates this Acceptable Use Policy. Strictly prohibited uses include:
- Illegal & Fraudulent Activities: Generating deceptive financial scams, phishing schemes, or materials that violate applicable local, national, or international laws.
- Hate Speech & Harassment: Generating content promoting violence, defamation, discrimination, harassment, or hatred based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or age.
- Sexually Explicit / NSFW Material: Generating non-consensual sexual content, adult exploitation, or illicit imagery.
- Intellectual Property Infringement: Utilizing the Service to knowingly plagiarize, pirate, or infringe on third-party copyrighted materials or trademarks without authorization.
- Platform Abuse & Scraping: Attempting to reverse engineer, launch denial-of-service attacks, systematically scrape proprietary templates, or bypass rate limits.
Violations of this AUP will result in immediate termination of account access and service revocation without refund.
06. Intellectual Property & Commercial Rights
Your Content: You retain 100% full ownership of any raw text, copy, notes, and ideas you input into the Service, as well as all resulting exported graphic deliverables. Pro Plan users receive full, perpetual commercial license to use generated assets for business, client work, advertising, and monetized social accounts.
TokCarousel Intellectual Property: TokCarousel retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the platform codebase, user interfaces, branding, proprietary typography styling configurations, and software architectures.
07. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. In no event shall TokCarousel, its founders, or service operators be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform.
